Typically, we do not issue refunds. Be sure to choose the products you want, including the correct size and colour options.
We are happy to provide an exchange/replacement product if the goods you have received are defective in some way.

Please do not return any item that is not defective. Any item returned that we determine is not defective in some way will be returned to you at your cost.
